Hi, I’m currently isolating due to testing positive but because I have a vulnerable person in my household, am mostly confined to my room. I managed a walk in the garden yesterday but am exhausted today. My hips & elbows are really sore (not sure whether it’s because of covid, a flare-up or lack of movement as that walk is the only movement I’ve done) - Any suggestions for gentle exercises I can do please? The last 5 days have been quite difficult. Thank you in advance for any suggestions!
