Hi everyone 👋🏻 My name is Sam, I’m 32 and have hypermobility and scoliosis. I finally went to an amazing physio last year for neck, shoulder and back pain which had become severe from sitting at a desk everyday. The exercises are great, but I’ve been looking for something more that is aimed at HSD. I used to love yoga but fell out of it during the worst of my neck pain. I’m an TZC newbie and excited to get started!
