Hello 👋 happy Saturday:) I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed today. I have uni starting back next week. I have only recently found out that I have eds hypermobility. I understand no one can provide medical advice but I wondered if there were any other fellow Scots here who possibly had any recommendations! I'm up in Aberdeen and it's hard to even get a phone call doctor appointment to get the ball rolling.
