Do you all notice that your joints become more unstable when you're sick? I am sick for the first time in quite a while and my joints feel like they're even worse than usual. Which leads to the second question, how much movement do you try to do when you're ill? Or do you just focus on resting? I feel like I've been good about doing classes almost every day since I joined TZC and don't want to lose progress but I also kind of just want to curl up in bed and sleep. I'm thinking of just trying the non weight bearing or a seated class but I'm also even more scared than usual right now that I'm going to injure myself so I'm trying to talk myself into it. 🙈😅 Do you have favourite classes for when you're not feeling well?
