Hello, I'm recently diagnosed hEDS after a decade of various pain/issues. I have always had the most problems with my shoulders and knees. Other joints are not so bad so I have been following the shoulder program. What weights do you recommend for the small balls? 1, 2 or 3lbs? The ball under the neck is that a pilates ball around 10inches or different? I'm looking to buy the equipment to start my healing journey :)
