Does anyone have any experience with myofascial trigger points? I have them up my neck/collarbone and my head. The first physio I saw pressed on them which helped. And she tried to give me lots of exercises to build my upper body strength because I do repetitive work and I’m quite weak. The second physio didn’t even acknowledge them and gave me just 2 neck exercises to strengthen my neck instead. I’m a bit confused. It can cause horrendous headaches.
