I just wanted to let you know I had a really good physio session today, she bought a magic ring for me to try, it was great for support from holding limbs in space. I didn't think I would be able to connect with it but I got feedback from it. I also used a noodle behind my upper back and she thought my posture was so much better as opens chest up. You can wrap in towel if too hard but key is to do short bouts to get used to it more.
