Does anyone have any experience with extremely tight abdominal fascia / muscles? When I press my tummy there are so many hard knots and the pain radiates all the way to my back, pelvic area and legs. Any recommendations on exercises to release this? I've seen a lot of videos online suggesting to lay on top of a soft ball and have your tissue massaged that way - is this safe for hypermobile people? Thank you so much for any suggestions!
