Hello I really like the new seated workout section as I'm not able to do any floor work at the moment, I was just wondering if you could do the same for standing classes? On the days I feel well enough (not dizzy) to stand for a bit longer I can never remember where one is (I have spent time writing things down but now I can't remember where that is either! Ha!) I've been really struggling lately so I'm hoping to get back on track without pushing myself too hard πŸ™‚
