It feels like I’ve recently had a little beak through, I think thanks to the head, neck, and shoulders meditation. I’m able to notice and release tension in front my neck and collar bones and shoulders a lot more easily. @Jeannie Di Bon will this become more second nature and something I don’t have to think about over time, or something I’ll just need to be conscious of?
