I was awakened in the night a few times by a jolting of my body, not just a limb like my leg, but my upper body. It was like my body was trying to shake me awake. I was wearing my CPAP machine mask, so I don’t think it was my sleep apnea. I had several heart palpitations with it. Does anyone else experience this? I’m seeing my cardiologist on Tuesday, but I’m not sure what to ask him. He prescribes me a med for low blood pressure. I’m wondering if it is related to blood sugar. I ate a midday meal with company rather than my usual early evening dinner time. I’m not diabetic. I got up and ate some yogurt in the middle of the night. I woke up with blood pressure really low in the morning, even for me. I don’t have POTS, I only go low, no tachycardia or high blood pressure. Cardio said “it won’t kill you” but I’d really like to manage my symptoms better. If anyone has had a similar experience and can share, I’d love to chat. Thanks 🙏🏻
