Recently when I have flare ups, my body goes really crunchy, with lots of pops and crackles from the soft tissue. It feels like my fascia has dried up and snaps and tears with every movement. This means simple activities just to function as a human being become high risk for injury. I'm continuing with meditation and breath work, but cannot do any movement in the classes at the moment. @Jeannie Di Bon what do you advise when even the gentlest of movements cause injury?
