Today I am talking with a couple of fellow group fitness instructors about having zebras in a group fitness class (I will of course mention the IMM program). The methods we all teach in common is called Essentrics. It is loosely based on eccentric movement and increasing mobility. It also has lots of ballet tendencies since the creator was a ballerina. What observations do you have about being a zebra in a group fitness class setting?
