I’m going to do a “walk the shire” virtual challenge with my husband and kids, and the plan is to walk a mile a day - more if my body allows. This is a really big challenge for me. I’m excited, but I also wondered if you guys might have tips for daily walks? Especially in the cold northern US? We got some little spikes for the bottoms of our shoes since our sidewalks are often icy, but I figured there is probably gear or posture to keep in mind too. Or maybe classes to do after the walks since I still brace oddly and hold my body up with my pelvic floor (which is getting better now that my abdominals are sewn back together, but the ab muscles are so, so weak). #walks #winter
