First, thanks to all who pointed me to the video resource with the pelvic muscles in a pdf. I found the detail I needed…which led me to this resource that’s not made for us. If you have the spoons, what in here do we need to be mindful of? For example, I don’t see Jeannie doing side planks. What’s the consideration for us not to hurt ourselves? See any other red flags? I’m trying to get my hips firing to support my pelvic floor so it can chill out, if that makes sense. Standing with the ring is the best thing so far.
