Hello 👋 I’m new to the group and the app! Just wondering how you navigate it all. I’m wondering how many sessions I should be doing a week? Where to start really? Does a sleep and mediation session count separately to an exercise session (for your weekly total of sessions) if that makes sense? Just want to make the most of the app really. I have POTS/HEDS/MCAS/FIBRO and a few other things. I’m looking for relaxation, muscle building and strength training as well as pain management around my neck and back particularly.
