I was doing the foundational course for stability and it lead me to a question- does anybody else find that they (sorry, I don't know a better way to phrase this->) flex their kneecaps (maybe the better phrase would be keep a lot of tension in the front of your thigh?) when standing? If so, any tips for how to stop doing that?
