So a few weeks ago I posted about adhesions and how I had gotten treatment from an osteopath (she works in Norway, but is educated in Germany). She said I had adhesions and she started to loosen them up. So some of you had more questions about this that I couldn’t answer and some were a bit sceptical. So I asked her more questions etc etc. She said that any osteopath that has training and experience in visceral technique should be able to do the same as her. She also said that her work resembles that of Clear Passage-a technique to resolve adhesions. They’re located both in the US and UK.
