I cannot seem to master the supine pelvic tilt. I know the concept- to let your pelvis tuck and tilt without muscling, but I can’t seem to recruit the deep stabilizers in order for this to happen. Any hacks or suggestions for me to try? I know this is a foundational piece that underlies everything else. I just learned to self correct my longstanding pelvic twist and I have a rotated C2 as well so that may have something to do with it.
