Activating postural muscles Any ideas on how to very simply activate the deep postural muscles? After some wrong exercises (another program than zebra club), inactivity and pain stabs with following muscle stiffness, my big back muscles are now extremely short, tight and painful. I do mindfulness etc to try to relax. Anything else? How can I reawaken my postural muscles without activating the big ones. It seems that the big muscles take over any exercise I try to do, and then they get even worse. It is especially my lower back and gluteus medius that are so painful. Help, where do I start to get out of this? It has to be very gentle and easy.
