Is lacking deep sleep a zebra thing? I have no issue falling asleep and I have no issue getting 8hrs + (work permitting) but I always wake up feeling knackered and drained, like permanent jet lag. My watch tells me I’m only getting 2-4% deep sleep per night and I’ve read that it should be 13-23%. Nothing I’ve tried so far seems to change the amount of deep sleep I’m getting, the bullk of my sleep seems to be light.
