Hello all! I’m a #newmember and really excited to learn to actually ENJOY moving my body for the first time ever! I’m focusing on letting go of #bracing and finding my center, and so far it’s all been eye opening. One thing I can quite figure out is how to keep my legs from flopping open frog-style when I’m laying on my back with knees bent. A lot of the classes involve being in this position, and I’m always either bracing from the groin muscles, or I have to tripod my feet out so that my knees rest against each other. Does anyone else have this problem? Is the tripod feet a good solution, or would a resistance band be better? Or something else I’m not thinking of? #proprioception
