Have any of you been able to successfully stop collapsing your feet/arches? If so, how often did you work on your feet? #foot #feet I've done all of the foot classes, and I work on my feet every day. I know how to stop collapsing my feet and I can hold that position for maybe a minute, and then other parts of my body will start to grip to hold that position like my butt or toes will crunch. It feels like the equivalent of doing heel raises, doable, but after a few seconds or minutes unless you hold on to something, you will go back down. I do wear arc support shoes & also have custom orthotics.
