In controlling the shoulders, with the external rotation of the arm to bring the shoulder onto the back, my scapulae end up winging. I can’t figure out how to get them to lay flat on my back in that position. Any suggestions? Also if I’m understanding correctly, the inside of our elbows should face forward on all fours. This is different from what a PT told me, which is that they should face each other. Which is correct?
