Help! I powerwashed the patio on Sunday. In hindsight, I should never have done this. I am suffering big time. My full upper body is in pain, and my pelvis feels awful. I've been glued to my heated blanket and resting a lot. All other tips welcome. My mood is so low, I really hope this flareup settles soon 🙏🏻
