Hi everyone, this is my first post and it's a little niche - but I know if there is any advice to be had it will be here! I had my appendix removed by keyhole surgery under general anaesthetic last Thursday and I'm really suffering. My stomach is very bloated and hard, I'm thinking that being pumped full of air probably isn't that great for a zebra? I'm also getting referred pain in both shoulders. I've been on paracetomol and codeine as I can't take anti inflammatories but am trying to stop the codeine as it doesn't agree with me. If anyone has any experience/tips I'd be really grateful! Thanks. **edit, I don't expect medical advice, I just wanted to know if anyone else had had the same and what helped, if anything **
