I think I am finally pacing and understanding my base line physically but I do suffer from a lot of mental and cognitive fatigue and I am not quite sure how to manage it. zAny advice or thoughts on this? I tend to drain myself and have so much brain fog and exhaustion but I want to know how and when to stop/manage triggers?..
