I'm not finding an answer online... Would slipped discs in my neck be considered stenosis? I've found it pretty uncomfortable to try baby extensions and am breaking the movement down to barely perceptible ( just thinking of my cervicle spine sliding towards my ribs is enough for now). I'm wondering if I should not ever go much past that point. I'm sure it's from a car accident 45 yrs ago and I only found out why my neck hurts 4 years ago.
