Any advice for modifying all-fours exercises to accommodate my no-body-weight restriction for one arm? I’ve tried slipping a chair seat under my right shoulder to try to take the body weight on my shoulder instead of my arm, but I feel like that’s not doing my shoulder any good! I thought perhaps there might something to lay the entire chest on whilst leaving the legs free to do part of the exercises? Any ideas or should I skip the exercises altogether?
