I do Qi gong regularly and really enjoy it. However, sometimes some of the swinging movements with the arms can trigger pain in my shoulders, which are hypermobile.. @Jeannie di Bon or others, do you have any tips for protecting shoulders or lower back in these kind of movements and generally doing this kind of exercise?
