Hello beautiful souls! I’m pursuing an hEDS diagnosis because I’m hyper mobile and it seems to be getting worse. My finger joints are wiggly now when they were not as wiggly previously, which is an issue because I am a massage therapist. Has anyone had any success creating more stability in the fingers specifically? How did you do it?
