Hi @Jeannie Di Bon I'm confused with an exercise in the isometric class. The exercise with the cushion under the knee where you raise the foot and draw the thigh bone down - do you mean down towards the floor or more back and down into the torso? Sorry if I'm being thick but im not sure what you mean as I don't seem to be able to lift my foot and press my thigh into the floor so think I'm doing something wrong? Thanks.
