Hi, I was wondering - do most of you use just the Zebra Club as a pain relief aid or do you do extra things as well outside of it? Personally I do this and dry needling with my PT. But I often wonder if just some of these classes are enough for some of you. Because sometimes I’ll do classes and while it will feel good, I’d I’m in a bad flare it just doesn’t cut it like the needles can.
