Hi there Just wondering if anyone has had a similar problem to me? Recurrent retinal tears in both eyes requiring laser repair treatment, which started in my late 40’s and continued for several years. I am followed by two eye specialists who both say they have never seen anyone else with as many tears in their eyes. I suspect it may be related to my EDS because of the connective tissue problem. Both specialists say they are not aware of any research to support my theory, but agree that my theory has merit. Fortunately I have not had any for many years now. So just wondering if there is anyone with similar experience? And are you aware of any research on EDS and retinal tears? Thanks 😊 Really enjoying the online discussions!
