Just wanted to share a little win this past week. I fell about a week ago and flared up an old injury. I've been laying low and getting relief from the gentle unwinding classes. But for the first time during a flare, I haven't felt the pressure of not doing the harder classes. I used to end up delaying my healing process by not listening to my body and prioritizing my movement goal/plan. But I finally feel like I'm starting to understand and accept how to best use movement to help myself during a flare.
