Hey my fellow Zebs! So I have 3 questions- 1. Which video is your favorite for when you're experiencing full body pain days? Mine is the Post Viral illness one. It's short enough and has just enough movement that it helps relax my muscles and bring my pain levels down a notch or two but doesn't wear me out/tax my body further. 2. Does anyone practice pilates, either at home or at a studio? If so, what benefits or drawbacks/side effects have you noticed and how often do you do it? 3. Has anyone tried PRP injections for joint pain? If so, what was your experience like?
