Hello my friends I currently can’t sleep well bc of my pain and I‘m having a really tough time at re-integrating at work (after a break last year). I‘m in a lot of pain and I‘m very exhausted. Simple tasks have become so challenging and difficult. But I really wanna work. I struggle with most of my joints, which makes typing, walking, standing etc. difficult if it‘s longer than 30-60minutes. I was wondering if anyone has any advise on this topic? What has helped you to positively influence a situation like this? Thankyou!
