Heelp. I have been watching the YouTube class about neck instability and cci, and shearing of vertebrae is mentioned. I don't know what that is, but I don't even want to know. I have Tourette's syndrome and like many, I have a lot of neck related tics. I cannot stop them and if I think/worry about it, I just do it more and worse. And now I'm just petrified that the tics will ruin my neck and there is nothing I can do to avoid it. Anxiety level 9000 over here 🥴😢 What do I do to cope with this. I'm completely freaking out.
