I’ve seen some zebras mention that they have diagnoses for both EDS and ME/CFS. It seems like there is so much overlap in symptoms and I’m wondering if you have specific symptoms that you attribute to ME/CFS rather than EDS. From what I’ve read it sounds like the onset of ME/CFS is more sudden, after some kind of infection, and that it comes with fevers and other signs of infection (but does everybody have those symptoms)? The severity of fatigue seems to vary in both, but is it always disabling in ME/CFS? And is the post-exertional fatigue different from what we experience when we overdo it w EDS? Just curious where the lines are with these similar conditions! Fibromyalgia seems very similar too. Please share any useful resources on the distinctions or thoughts based on your personal experiences! Thanks!
