MCAS question: what are your thoughts on water filters (for drinking water)? does it help with your mcas symptoms? and if you like them, what kinds would you recommend / should be looked out for? thanks to all the amazing advice on here i ended up purchasing an air filter and it was such a gamechanger, so looking for further ways to cut out potential mcas triggers. as always thank you so much for your amazing insights!
