Can anyone describe how tight the Serola Si belt should be? Should it be a bit tighter than unnoticeable, enough that it feels like I'm being pushed in at the hips? It's hard to know what is general nerve sensitivity, being generally uncomfortable (I'm tired) or if that's how I'm supposed to feel? I had a Serola belt 10 yrs ago but got rid of it because I found it too tight wearing as my then pelvic PT recommended. This new one seems like the design is better or I'm not wearing it tight enough. I'm not seeing a PT now to ask.
