Sometimes I have problems sleeping, not so much pain, but more active mind. I often fall asleep, but may wake up about an hour later, eyes open & wide awake. Other nights I’m good. It’s become more common with my menopause. I’m having great success with Jeannie’s audio meditations in helping me get back to sleep, often the creating softness & space & the releasing head & neck. Jeannie I was wondering, when you have time, if you would consider creating an audio meditation for helping with sleep, perhaps a little longer than the others? I think it would be useful 😴
