#sleep #shoulder Bob & Brad (whom I know are friends of Jeannie's!) have a video that has helped my shoulder pain at night https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MOqMq-sT900 I tried it first without noticing the 2 key points: The arm needs support of a pillow! And, as a commenter mentioned, the shoulders need to be "rotated back", or as I think of it, the arm bone needs to be pulled back into the socket. When I start out that way at night, I have a better chance of keeping it like that. Of course we don't have control of our position when we are sound asleep, but since I sleep so lightly I have plenty of chance to keep re-aligning my body 😂
