Hi Everyone 🤝👋! I’ve been recommended this app in my never ending quest to get to the source of my chronic utis and now my pelvic floor issues. Turns out I am hyper mobile (I do not know how I never noticed this now I have seen traits) and perhaps it could be linked to the utis. Does anyone have any experience or recommendations in this area? Thank you in advance and I look forward to using this app.
