Has anyone, who was already at a healthy weight, and then cut out sugar or another ingredient/food group, noticed it lowered their pain/inflammation levels? I ask for people who were already at a healthy weight because when a patient is overweight and they make changes to their diet and lose weight, it can be hard to tell if it was the weight loss or the removal of specific foods themselves that lowered pain/inflammation levels.
