Hey ya’ll! My PT told me he’s noticed a lot of positive changes in the stability of my pelvis (all thanks to TZC, coming up on my 1 year anniversary here!) He did say that my mid back/should area could use some focus currently. Any recommended class specifically designed to target this? I’ve browsed some and see different isolated exercises that look beneficial, but just want to hear some suggestions. Thanks!
