@Jeannie Di Bon I am loving the classes so far and I know that this is the missing key to help me get my body back under control. I know that in the introduction videos you talk a lot about relaxing and settling into a natural position. My question is this, almost all of my joints are hypermobile and this has led to a number of issues. I have fallen arches in both feet and standing in a 'normal' position is no longer possible without orthotics. I would live to work on this but have no idea how. I know that doing these standing exercises with shoes on would be better than nothing, but how can I figure out how to rest in a neutral position when my body no longer has one?
