As a follow-up from my question during today's meetup, if you're a back sleeper, have any of you figured out how to keep your neck and head from swaying/moving to the sides? ๐Ÿ˜€ I sleep in a supine position/ on my back. I have a pillow that I love, and I'm properly positioned at night (pillow under my knees, etc). However, I always end up waking up with my neck stretched out to the side. A neck brace isn't a solution for me as long periods of time wearing = headaches for me. I know there are sleep positioning devices. Have you tried any? I found this on AMZ: https://www.amazon.com/Sleeping-Psitioning-Positioners-Bedridden-Adjustable/dp/B09B4SHPT6/ref=asc_df_B09B4SHPT6/?tag=hyprod-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=533431388350&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=4661070455113256595&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=1014080&hvtargid=pla-1423018058555&th=1 and this: https://www.alimed.com/cervical-neck-pillow.html?pid=59291&gclid=CjwKCAjwzuqgBhAcEiwAdj5dRpR59R742AXcT4EoQs9e0bSILPzhnpMEqulaCgbAzfldG1BIuL5NjxoC6AQQAvD_BwE I've asked my doctors about it, and they don't know what I'm talking about. I can't get a referral with an occupational therapist either. This is Dr. Russek's PDF on sleeping: https://webspace.clarkson.edu/~lrussek/docs/hypermobility/Russek_HSD_Sleep_Bedding.pdf
