Standing... I have recently been noticing how much I still lock my knees even though I was convinced I was doing a lot better. When I stand heavy into my feet and don't lock my knees out my legs start shaking almost immediately and get tired super quickly. I know I need to work on it more to challenge the muscles and strengthen them but I also don't feel like I could maintain that the whole time I'm on my feet. So do you alternate between proper standing and locking things out while you build up strength? I'm not sure how long is too long before I'm going to end up overly sore from it. Or is there another trick to it?
