In the past when I've done the leg straightening/strengthening exercise wit the bands my knees feel tight and crack (maybe sublux?) and I notice that my leg alignment is a bit strange (I can keep my foot straight, but the knee looks off center, so it almost looks like my leg is making a zig-zag shape). Has anyone else had this issue, and what's worked for you to fix it? Or is it just practice/due to things being weak?
